I personally investigated the claims of this web site – Losos Alkilmah “thieves of words” the first Arab web site to hunt plagiarism in journalism and beyond, sadly who’s lately exposed ? a Saudi PhD Prince,
His article in the Saudi Aljazirah newspaper archives:

the original article in a Jordanian Alrai paper for Dr Waleed Al sadee

I don’t aim at his esteemed royalty any ill hint. I really assume his highness outsourced his pen to another person -likely to be an Egyptian journalist- this masked writer did lack some creativity one day and had to plagiarize over some one else work. But while a piece in a paper is trivial, I put my hand on my heart and wounder if plagiarism had reached something of higher significance, something like a PhD dissertation perhaps?.
Will, a year ago in an attempt to explore the potential of a “Student Services & Copy Center” business in Riyadh, the Egyptian manager of this center affirmed to me that the price of a PhD dissertation in a humanities subject outsourced to Egypt and conducted by University affiliates there would go to the vicinity of SR 40k in cost. And to make a note of a familial encounter, my sister, a college staff with a doctorate in faith & religions at the university of Taiba, Medina, told me that her Egyptian colleagues in numerous occasions offered services of an outsoucing nature be conducted in the form of joint-research.
